Whether your stay is with a small youth group, corporate retreat, or holistic yoga seminar, La Foret will provide the perfect meal package to complement your experience.

Available at Every Breakfast

In addition to hot entrée options, we provide a full breakfast bar including (but not limited to): yogurt, cottage cheese, fresh fruit and berries (seasonally), fruit cocktail, variety of cereals, oatmeal bar, and toast

Available at Every Lunch and Dinner

In addition to hot entree options, we provide a full salad bar including (but not limited to): spring mix blend of greens, spinach, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, peas and other vegetables, beans (kidney, garbanzo, black beans), pickles, cottage cheese, fruit, hummus, raisins, crackers, homemade pasta salad, and/or fruit salad.

Dietary Allergies

La Foret will cater to all serious, medically necessary food allergies by offering an alternative meal when necessary. Food will be cooked separately to avoid cross contamination when needed, however we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not happen. All Special needs must be reported prior to the groups arrival. These include, but are not limited to: Nut allergies, Gluten intolerance, and Lactose free. Our kitchen handles a lot of gluten and it is recommended that individuals with Celiac Disease bring their own meals. La Foret can provide refrigerated space. 

Dietary Preferences

Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegetarian and Vegan are some examples of dietary preferences, not medically necessary allergies. Dietary preferences will be honored when possible and an alternative is not guaranteed at every meal. In addition to our hot meal we provide fruits, yogurts, oatmeal and cereal at every breakfast and a large salad bar with over 20 toppings at lunch and dinner. These choices are handled differently than allergies and and these guest may choose to forgo certain parts of the meal. Anyone is always welcome to request a large dinner plate to use on the salad bar which contains a protein alternative at every meal. Guests are also welcome to bring extra meal supplements and store them in the kitchen refrigerator.
